A finish carpenter, his two sons, and 35 years of sawdust.
Brian Holland picked up his first finish nailer in 1991. Today he runs Holland & Sons alongside Wyatt and Waylon — three generations of the same family on every job site.
The hand-drafted approach
Every project starts on paper.
Before a saw cuts, Brian draws. Elevations, profiles, joinery details — drafted by hand, reviewed at the kitchen table with you, refined until the proportions are right. It's slower than dropping a stock cabinet from a catalog. It's also the difference between something installed and something built.
Wyatt and Waylon grew up on job sites. They learned to scribe before they learned to drive. Today they lead crews, run shop fabrication, and bring a younger lens to materials, design, and the way modern families actually live in their homes.
